“People have stopped getting vaccinated against extremely dangerous infections: tuberculosis, diphtheria, etc, the President said. “This led to high risk of A/H1N1 infection spread, when the virus came to Ukraine, and made impossible preventive vaccination against both strains of seasonal flu. . . .”

Such statements are outrageously ignorant, according to vaccine experts, since low vaccination rates against unrelated illnesses have zero impact on the spread of H1N1 or flu prevention.

Worse, Yushchenko said nothing about cases of “Hemorrhagic Pneumonia” in the Ukraine that have WHO experts concerned they may be dealing with a combination of H1N1 and severe acute respiratory illness (SARS), or even Ebola genes in a new flu strain, creating a bloody global threat.

“I demand the Government to immediately cancel the existing order of registration of medical supplies, including vaccines,” Yushchenko directed, claiming his political opponents had allowed “various dealers to bring to Ukraine dubious medicines.”

The mystery of Yushchenko, urgently mandating scarce vaccinations, yet canceling existing contracts with untrustworthy vaccine suppliers, is perplexing. Experts are wondering whether he was including Baxter Corporation in his decree. Baxter is a leading H1N1 vaccine supplier, has blood products contracts with the Ukraine, is distrusted for spreading bioweapon-grade H5N1 in regular flu vaccines to labs throughout Europe earlier this year; and transmitting the AIDS virus, HIV, worldwide in contaminated blood products during the 1980s.

In August, 2009, a former microbiologist with Israeli intelligence, Joseph Mosse, made international news claiming Baxter agents would release a horrible new bioweapon in the Ukraine around this time. He was arrested in Los Angeles after allegedly threatening the Obama White House. According to Mosse, Baxter would spread the deadly new bioweapon in a vaccine, and that it would contain genes from the 1918 Spanish Flu virus that may cause hemorrhaging in the lungs...


From Martial Law Declared In Ukraine! Over Unknow Mystery Epidemic! :

...The Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko has issued a statement strongly suggesting that the government is preparing to carry out mass forced vaccinations with the untested swine flu jab.

In a statement posted on the government website, Yushchenko announced a crack down on political protests and orders for the arrest of public health officials who have opposed mass "swine flu“ vaccinations and quarantines.

"I instruct the Government and the Ministry of Health to immediately start preventive and promotional work in areas where there is no epidemic, targeting primarily the special risk groups,“ he said.

"This means that medical aid must be urgently reinforced by emergency, critical care treatment. It is generally known that the only way to prevent any infection is vaccination,“ he said.

Yushchenko said he had ordered key medical officials who allowed political protests against the government to continue in the city of Kiev to be arrested under the pretext that they were jeopardising public health.

"I have addressed the Prosecutor General of Ukraine with the request to institute criminal charges of negligence committed by first of all the Chief Sanitary Inspector, Kyiv City Sanitarian and the officials, who, despite having daily information on the epidemic situation in the country, neglected it in pursuit of political dividends and ambition,“ he said.

Furthermore, he strongly suggested that democracy in the Ukraine was about to be uprooted and replaced by military rule under a special "interdepartmental commission“ that follows orders from WHO and the UN.

...Five years on, this shattered looking individual, who was once the head of a pro democracy movement, is about to proclaim himself a dictator.

Ukraine is the first country to come under the control of the WHO and the UN under the International Health Regulations 2005, and the reality is that Yuschenko and his Prime Minister Julia Timoschenko are just carrying out the orders from WHO and the UN when they suspend civic rights and democracy under the pretext of fighting a pandemic emergency.

Whatever is left of freedom in the Ukraine is about to be extinguished.

Elections in January are set to be suspended.

Demonstrations have been banned.

Political opponents have been prohibited from travelling inside areas put under quarantine.

Borders have been partly closed already.

Critics of a mass vaccination campaign are facing criminal prosecution and goal.

Huge swathes of land have been put under quarantine.

Plans are in the works for the forced vaccination of people with a toxic and untested swine flu vaccine. The US government is planning to send nearly a million doses of the jab. a substance classified as a bioweapon, to the Ukraine by early December…..

Pregnant women and children are the first to be given the jab which Yuschenko using the twisted logic and lies worthy of the Nazi Propagandist Josef Goebbels has said must be administered to them to “protect their health”.

Yuschenko has justified implementing martial law on behalf of WHO by the sudden appearance of a pneumonic plague in the western part of the Ukraine that appears to be artificially engineered.

There have been reports of planes spraying towns before the appearance of the plague. WHO was part of an exercise on plague bioterrorism just a month before the actual plague appeared. Baxter has a facility in the Ukraine.

WHO and the international corporate crime syndicate that fund them, may have decided that they could not go ahead with their plan to trigger a pandemic in Europe and the USA because the public awareness of the dangers of the vaccine jab has become too great, not least as a result of WHO and Baxter being caught contaminating 72 kilos of vaccine material with the live bird flu virus in February.

Miniscule numbers of people have gone to take the swine flu vaccine across Europe. In Sweden the numbers might also be as low as a few thousand because the government only counts how many doses of the swine flu have been distributed (1.4 million) and not how many jabs have actually been given.

The Ukraine may, therefore, have seemed like a better place to test their model and carry out their plan of generating a plague, panic, confusion, declaring a mutated virus, inserting the virus into vaccines, and waging biological warfare against defenceless civilian population eventually using Ukraine's own army and military through a forced vaccination programme...
