From George Orwell's '1984':
...The Party said that Oceania had never been in alliance with Eurasia. He, Winston Smith, knew that Oceania had been in alliance with Eurasia as short a time as four years ago. But where did that knowledge exist? Only in his own consciousness, which in any case, must soon be annihilated. And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed - if all records told the same tale - then the lie passed into history and became truth. ‘Who controls the past,’ ran the Party slogan, ‘controls the future: who controls the present controls the past’. And yet the past, though of its nature alterable, never had been altered. Whatever was true now was true from everlasting to everlasting. It was quite simple. All that was needed was an unending series of victories over your own memory. ‘Reality control’, they called it - in Newspeak, ‘doublethink.’
"Stand easy!" barked the instructress, a little more genially.
Winston stood, his arms to his side, and slowly refilled his lungs with air. His mind slid away from the labyrinthine world of doublethink. To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible ilk and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget whatever it was necessary to forget, then draw it back into memory again at the moment it was needed, then, promptly to forget it again, and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself - that was the ultimate subtlety: consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word ‘doublethink’ involved the use of doublethink...

Is it "Pakistan spreading terrorism" ?
What was a surprise though was that the SAME story, word fror word, and most significantly the SAME posted "Comments" , word for word, then came up in over a dozen "papers" WHICH HAD EXACTLY THE SAME LOOK BUT DIFFERENT NATIONAL NAMES eg Brunei news, Canada standard, China National News, Irish Sun, Bangladesh sun, Africa Leader, The US News, Russia Herald, Vancouver Star, Argentina Star, Pittsburgh Star, Big News Network, etc. I'm sure there are others which I missed!
The links to the story pages are attached (cut & paste links if they dont work) and if you visit and see them you'll see the indentical look and layout and the same story, same comments!
Kind of definitive proof that someone is trying to stir things up & put this one on Pakistan!! (Also looks like an Indian propaganda machine which is pretty widespread and sophisticated.
In the interests of Peace, [it] must be exposed!

Microchips for AIDS patients in eastern Indonesia
Lawmakers in Indonesia's remote province of Papua have thrown their support behind a controversial bill requiring some HIV/AIDS patients to be implanted with microchips — part of extreme efforts to monitor the disease.
Health workers and rights activists sharply criticized the plan Monday.
But legislator John Manangsang said by implanting small computer chips beneath the skin of "sexually aggressive" patients, authorities would be in a better position to identify, track and ultimately punish those who deliberately infect others with up to six months in jail or a $5,000 fine.
The technical and practical details still need to be hammered out, but the proposed legislation has received full backing from the provincial parliament and, if it gets a majority vote as expected, will be enacted next month, he and others said.
Indonesia is the world's fourth most populous country and has one of Asia's fastest growing HIV rates, with up to 290,000 infections out of 235 million people, fueled mainly by intravenous drug users and prostitution.
