Who stole the Promis software? Who built the backdoor? Aviv has investigated this story extensively and shares his thoughts on the subject. Off camera, he also said that Danny Casolaro, the investigator who was killed while investigating the Promis story, was following a lead given to him by Les Coleman when he was murdered. Danny was investigating Aviv's story that Pan Am 103 was brought down because four CIA agents wanted to blow the lid on controlled heroin deliveries from the Bekka Valley. This is part 2 of a 4-part interview with Aviv. According to Aviv's book "Max," Robert Maxwell was assassinated by the Mossad because he was playing multiple sides of the fence between the Mossad, MI6, the CIA and the KGB.

Unsolved Mysteries - Danny Casolaro and "The Octopus"
Joseph Daniel Casolaro (June 16, 1947 - August 10, 1991) was an American freelance writer who came to public attention in 1991, when he was found dead in a bathtub in room 517 of the Sheraton Hotel in Martinsburg, West Virginia, his wrists slashed 10 - 12 times. A note was found, and the medical examiner ruled the death a suicide.
His death became controversial because his notes suggested he was in Martinsburg to meet a source about a story he called "the Octopus." This centered around a sprawling conspiracy theory involving an international cabal, and primarily featuring a number of stories familiar to journalists who worked in and near Washington, D.C. in the 1980's—the Inslaw case, about a software manufacturer whose owner accused the Justice Department of stealing its work product; the October Surprise theory that during the Iran hostage crisis, Iran deliberately held back American hostages to help Ronald Reagan win the 1980 presidential election; the collapse of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International; and Iran-Contra.

Petition Asking EU Member States to Ratify the Migrant Workers Convention
This year marks the 20 anniversary of the UN Migrant Workers Convention. As no Member State of the European Union has ratified it and because we are living in a climate of anti-migrant hysteria, bold action is required from all people in Europe who believe that migrant rights are also human rights.
Amongst the things that you can do to help to change the tide that actually haunts Europe, is signing the petition calling for the ratification of the UN Migrant Workers Convention.
This initiative was launched on July 1st, the anniversary of the entry into force of this international human rights instrument It was sponsored by civil society organizations (Amnesty International, ,FIDH, etc), MEP’s, public figures (Jane Birkin, Irene Fernandez), trade unionists and politicians from around the globe. We now need thousands of citizens to back up the call and help migrant workers to achieve the status they deserve in Europe.
Please sign the petition and spread the word. Go to www.migrantsconvention.eu
20 years ago, the UN General Assembly adopted the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, also known as the Migrant Workers Convention. We believe that the 20th anniversary provides an excellent opportunity for the European Union to live up to its core values and stand firm on the rights of migrant workers.
The Convention constitutes the broadest framework in international law for the protection of the rights of migrant workers and members of their families and provides guidance to States on how to respect the rights of migrants while developing and implementing labour migration policies.
Poster Respect Migrants' RightsThe Migrant Workers Convention is one of the nine core United Nations human rights instruments. It has now been ratified by 42 states and a further 16 have signed up and are in the process of ratification.
Yet, to date, no EU Member State has signed or ratified the Convention. Non-ratification brings the core values of the EU into question. The Member States of the European Union can no longer fall behind but must demonstrate in concrete terms their willingness to be held accountable for migrants as they have done for decades in relation to international treaties protecting other vulnerable groups, such as women and children.
The Member States of the European Union must ensure that the fundamental rights of migrant workers and their family members are guaranteed. We call on the 27 EU Member States to ratify this international Convention.

Chemical Hell on Earth
From whatever point of rationalization or greed it is clear that certain groups of corporations with government support have deliberately created a toxic hell on our planet. It's a special kind of hell that gets chemically and radioactively more toxic each year with the damage and danger expanding to hurt, debilitate, torture, and even kill people in uncountable numbers. Welcome to planet earth.
The weight of evidence based on the findings of wildlife biologists, toxicologists, and epidemiologists clearly indicates that the world's populations are being exposed to a host of chemical contaminants and heavy metals. And even radiation exposures are headed upward with the medical establishment's stubborn use of radiation in diagnostic tests, its use in the treatment of cancer and the insane use of depleted uranium on distant battlefields.
Chronic disease is the number one killer in the United States, accounting for about four out of five deaths in America each year yet most doctors have not the slightest idea of what is really causing this. The medical establishment has not been able to solve or cure any of the chronic diseases facing humanity simply because they don't really want to know anything about the causes. So medical officials go on and on about the flu and about viruses instead of addressing the fact that pharmaceutical medicine are one of the greatest sources of toxic exposure – and so is dentistry. Actually this is a plan by design of the pharmaceutical manufacturers, meaning the pharmaceutical giants have manipulated the entire bunch of us – patients and doctors – to continue to look to their pharmaceutical drugs as the end all, be all of these chronic diseases. Their sole intent is to keep us on their drugs, not to find a real cure, and it's of little consequence to them that these drugs cause harm and suffering.
There are poisonous time bombs going off in billions of mouths
and few in medicine and dentistry are aware of it. Why dentistry
did not study mercury chemistry before 1000s of tons were
implanted two inches from the brain and why allopathic medicine did
not scream out warnings are questions we will be asking for a long time.
Most doctors, dentists and health officials have been brainwashed; they cannot see the forest for the trees when it comes to toxicity. This has been deliberate. Medicine and dentistry are among the worst polluters of the human biosphere so they are the last ones who will come to grips with Toxicity Syndrome. Contemporary medicine is now threatened with its own demise because as toxicity rises in the world (and intensely in certain areas) we become more sensitive and sick – not from viruses, bacteria and fungus but from chemical poisoning. As toxicity saturates our bodies any new threat shoves us hard over the line causing a syndrome known as blue flu, chemically induced flu [1] as is occurring in the states affected by the Gulf Oil Spill right now.

CNN 'refused to air US war crime scene'
A former CNN war correspondent says the news network censored footage of the scene of the brutal killing of a young Iraqi boy by US forces.
War correspondent Michael Ware, who worked for CNN from 2006 until April 2010, has been struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder after witnessing the violent act by US soldiers.
Ware told Radio Australia about the incident he allegedly witnessed and filmed in 2007 when working for US news giant CNN, adding further that the network decided the footage was too graphic to go on air.
He said a teenager in a remote Iraqi village run by al-Qaeda was carrying a weapon to protect himself.
"[The boy] approached the house we were in and the [US] soldiers who were watching our backs, one of them put a bullet right in the back of his head. Unfortunately it didn't kill him," he was quoted as saying.
"We all spent the next 20 minutes listening to his tortured breath as he died," he recounted.
Earlier in 2006, CNN became the target of severe criticism from Iraq war proponents after it ran a report by Ware showing insurgent snipers targeting US troops in Iraq.
