This is an examination of 3 sets of 12 Last Leaders and the relationship of Yah's institution of Sabbatical years culminating in a Jubilee years. If 2017-18 is a Jubilee year, then we are in the last few years before the sabbatical. Many believe this is the 120th Jubilee year, which is another play on the Last 12.
