You never have to keep your inner warrior (one, two and three) inside again! In a fusion of yoga asana, cardiovascular training, strength conditioning and the age-old human instinct to fight, this class is a fun place to sweat, stretch and explore new ways to move your body and release all your cosmopolitan frustrations. Using boxing gloves, mitts and kick pads students can safely explore different fight techniques while moving through full body conditioning and vinyasa yoga circuits. This is an intense workout for the body and a great way to blow off some steam. All levels welcome, no yoga or fighting experience necessary! "
