  1. Jill has written a great book in more depth about this. My Stroke of Insight. It's beautifully written and a feel-better book if there ever were one (Oprah's devoting 4 webcast shows to talking with Jill about her story on Soul Series). Here's the AMazon link to the book. Enjoy!
